RIP Hugh Masekela: 'The Boys Doin' It'

I saw Hugh Masekela perform in Kampala in 2006. On stage, at the much-too-much, new Serena Hotel, he changed the lyrics to 'The Boys Doin' It' to include small places in Uganda, such as Koboko where I frequently lived and worked (also Idi Amin's home town). It made a deep impression. I was like: How did he know this place?! But - I later learnt from friends that Hugh was out there when he travelled the continent.
